Camps Professional Learning Community

When: Wednesday, April 1, 2020 from 10:00am-1:00pm

Where: Gary J. Arthur Community Center (2400 MD-97, Cooksville, MD 21723)

Please join us for all things summer camp! Network with professionals from across the state, identify best practices, compare policies and procedures, discuss trends and share innovative ideas.  Lunch will be provided. Pre-registration is required for this free event.



 
  

Athletic Ballfields Professional Learning Community

 

When: Friday, April 3, 2020 from 8:00am-11:00am

Where: College Park Airport Operations Building (1909 Corporal Frank Scott Drive., College Park, MD 20704)

 

Please join us for the Athletic Ballfields Roundtable Professional Learning Community meeting.  You will have an opportunity to meet other professionals from around the state, and discuss all things athletic fields. Light breakfast, snacks and juice provided.  Pre-registration is required for this free event.

 

 

Sports Professional Learning Community

When: Wednesday, April 29, 2020 from 10:00am-2:00pm

Where: North Laurel Community Center (9411 Whiskey Bottom Rd., Laurel, MD 20723)

 Please join us for the Spring Sports Professional Learning Community meeting.  You will have an opportunity to meet other Sports professionals from around the state and discuss common issues.  The quarterly meeting of the Mid Atlantic Recreation and Parks Sports Alliance will meet immediately following this PLC, and all are encouraged to stay for it. Lunch will be provided.  Pre-registration is required for this free event.

 
 

Natural, Historical & Cultural Iterpretation

Professional Learning Community

When: Tuesday, May 12, 2020 from 10:00am-2:00pm      

Where: Rose Hill Manor Park (1611 North Market Street, Frederick, MD 21701)

Please join us for the Natural, Historical & Cultural Interpretation Professional Learning Community meeting. You will have an opportunity to meet other Interpretation professionals from around the state, discuss generational programming, interpreting sensitive topics and issues, and opportunities to express our passion for interpretation. Registration is required for this free event. Lunch will be served.
