NRPA is Coming to Baltimore!

We Need YOU!

The 2019 NRPA conference is coming to Baltimore the week of September 22-27, 2019 and the local host volunteer committee is looking for reliable, dependable, fun, dedicated people to serve as volunteers helping with the local host events! There are several volunteer opportunities that occur different times throughout the week you can choose to volunteer as many times as you’d like! Local host volunteers do not need to be NRPA members and conference registration fee is not discounted. Become a local host volunteer to help, give back, network, visit new places, learn, have fun and receive a nice gift!

It’s easy to register! Just click on the event, read about the different opportunities available and sign up! Each opportunity will explain the necessary information you will need to know as a volunteer.

As we near the conference, you will be contacted by a volunteer committee representative for further information. If you have any questions, please email Thank you so much for your interest, see you in Baltimore!

Welcome everyone! To accommodate conference delegates with differing abilities, services will be available during the week of the conference including mobility devices. Volunteers are needed to assist with certain logistics and needs.

5K Fun Run

Get up, Get out, Get active! This early morning fun walk/run is the perfect way to start the day as it will be held at the beautiful Inner Harbor. Volunteers will assist in all aspects of this fun, outdoor event.

Golf Tournament

Tee time! This popular event kicks off the conference and will be held at the Pine Ridge Golf Course in Lutherville-Timonium. Outgoing, friendly volunteers are needed to assist all day in different capacities on the links!

Welcome to Baltimore! Hospitality volunteers are the face of the conference! Airport, hotel and convention center greeters are needed to assist in providing delegates and guests accurate information about the conference and local points of interest while they enjoy their stay in Baltimore!

Off-Site Learning Institutes

Hop on the bus! Off-Site Institutes, (OSI's), are educational experiences that provide delegates with access to unique local areas, facilities, and programs. Volunteers will act as trip leaders or bus coordinators providing exceptional customer service, trip assistance and logistics. Most trips are all day excursions!

All around the town! Energetic and friendly volunteers are needed to assist with providing pertinent information about transportation needs for all local host events and local points of interest. Most volunteer positions are held at the convention center-outdoors and indoors. At your service!
