Banquet Reservations

The awards and installation dinner takes place on Thursday evening, April 12 beginning with the Presidents cocktail reception at 6:00pm.

Registration for your seat is required for the banquet and is available now through Sign Up Genius.

Advance Registration

Registration must be received (not post-marked) by Friday, March 2, 2018 to be eligible for the Early Bird Discount. Your MRPA membership must be current if you are registering at member rates. All registrations must include payment or agency purchase order.  After March 30, please register on site and add $25 to registration fees.  Admission to the exhibit hall, sessions and meals will be by badge only. Agencies that sold theme park tickets are eligible to use MRPA bucks toward registration.

Meal Functions and Thursday Evening Awards Banquet

Your Badge is your meal ticket!  Except for the Thursday Evening Awards Banquet, your badge provides entry to the Wednesday morning continental breakfast and lunch and Thursday lunch*. Additional information will be provided later to select a table for the Thursday  Banquet*.

 

Conference Packages

Full Package Member, Non-Member, Retiree and First-Timer Registration Includes:  Exhibit Hall, Wednesday continental breakfast in the Exhibit Hall, Wednesday luncheon, Thursday Lunch, Thursday Awards Banquet, all education sessions and all socials.

 

Student Registration

Includes: Exhibit Hall, Wednesday continental breakfast in the Exhibit Hall, Wednesday luncheon, Thursday Lunch, all education sessions and all socials.   Tickets for the Thursday Awards Banquet may be purchased separately.

  

Special Invitation to Professional First Timers

First-time attendees are invited to attend the 2018 conference at a special rate ($125 early registration and $150 regular registration).  Individual must be active professional member of MRPA and employed in a career position in the recreation and park profession in Maryland to take advantage of this promotion. 

Includes:  Exhibit Hall, Wednesday continental breakfast in the Exhibit Hall, Wednesday luncheon, Thursday Lunch, Thursday Awards Banquet, all education sessions and all socials.

 

Daily Registrations:

Wednesday Daily Registration includes all education sessions on Wednesday, Wednesday continental breakfast in the Exhibit Hall and Wednesday luncheon. 

Thursday Daily Registration includes all education sessions on Thursday and Lunch. Tickets for the Thursday Awards Banquet may be purchased separately.

 

Meal Tickets and Special Events

If you wish to purchase additional tickets for meal functions, you may do so online or on-site.


Affiliate Organizations

Members in good standing of other leisure service-related organizations may register at MRPA member rates.    Examples include MASC, ASLA, other state associations. etc.  Please contact MRPA directly for registration assistance - 301-352-7203.   NRPA membership is not applicable.
