Q. How do I find out my MRPA Username?
A. Click the Contact Us option at the top of any mrpanet.org web page. Fill out the form and request your username in the comment section.
Q. How do I find out my password or reset my password?
A. From the member login page, you can click the reset your password option and instructions to reset your password will be emailed to the email address assigned to your account.
If you do not get a response to reset your password then Click the Contact Us option at the top of any mrpanet.org web page. Fill out the form and in the comment section request the email address that is assigned to your username.
Q. Why logging on with my MRPA account prior to registering is important?
A. Whenever you logon before you register for any event 2 things happen that do not occur when you register and do not login in.
1. The fields that apply to your account will autopopulate. This will save you some typing and eliminate possible typing errors.
2. A Registration receipt/invoice will be tied to your account. You will have the ability to access this receipt/invoices and payments from within your account under your Manage Profile section.
Q. How do I register myself for a course/event?
A. Logon and register for the course/conference/event.
If you are not an MRPA member consider joining MRPA for the many advantages our association provides.
Some of our training opportunities do not offer a discount so logging on with your MRPA account is not necessary but you will not have the ability to recall your invoice/receipt from within your account.
Anyone is allowed to register for any MRPA sponsored training/conference without logging on with a member account.
Q. How do I register myself and additional MRPA members?
A. If you are an MRPA member and are registering yourself and other members then determine if there is a membership discount. If there is a discount for members then logon with your account prior to registering. This will ensure you receive the proper pricing information.
Register yourself as you normally would. For events that allow you to register additional individuals, you will see an option at the bottom of your form to Save your registration and Add Another Attendee.
Add each additional person you wish on a separate form and then select Save and Finalize Registration when you have registered the final individual.
By registering this way you will receive a single invoice for the individuals you registered.
Q. I am a member but I would like to register another member or group of members and not myself.
A. Unfortunately, there is no way to obtain the member’s discount for the event if the registering member is not attending. It is best to have one of the members who is attending to register themselves and then register other members if that option is available. See the question titled How do I register myself and additional MRPA members?
Q. I am not a member but wish to register a member.
A. If there is no member discount for the event then you may continue to register a member. If there is member discount then there is no way a non MRPA member can register a member for the discount.
A member needs to logon with their MRPA account to receive the discount. If a member is unavailable then call 301-352-7203 for assistance to register MRPA members.
